The region’s fertile volcanic soil, cool mountain climate makes a cup profile that is both vibrant and refined. Kintamani Arabica from Bali has Bright citrus acidity reminiscent of orange and tangerine, layered with sweet lime acidity and a gentle milk chocolate sweetness. The clean, medium body and lingering sweetness make it an ideal choice for both filter brewing and light espresso.
