Grown in the volcanic highlands of Kintamani, Bali, this coffee is cultivated at altitudes of 1,200–1,500 meters above sea level by smallholder farmers practicing traditional Balinese subak abian cooperative farming methods. This coffee Hand-picked by local farmers, transported to our facility in Buleleng, Bali, washed, and carefully processed and dried.
The region’s fertile volcanic soil, cool mountain climate makes a cup profile that is both vibrant and refined. Kintamani Arabica from Bali has Bright citrus acidity reminiscent of orange and tangerine, layered with sweet creamy mouthfeel and a gentle milk chocolate sweetness. The clean, medium body and lingering sweetness make it an ideal choice for both filter brewing and light espresso.
